It felt like a dream come true for everyone who had been counting down the days for this moment! On January 11, 2026, the SM North EDSA Skydome was filled with sapphire blue lights and a lot of happy tears as Kangin officially made his return to the Philippines. It has been over ten years since he last performed here, and you could really feel the love in the room. For many Filipino ELFs and Camomiles, it wasn’t just a fan meeting; it felt like catching up with an old friend who had been away for way too long.
A Nervous But Sweet Start

Kangin started the night by being incredibly real with everyone. He admitted he was super nervous about whether people would still show up for him, but the loud screams from the crowd definitely gave him his answer! One of the coolest moments was when he performed a brand-new, unreleased song called “Love is Pain”. He told the crowd he was actually fixing the lyrics while on the plane ride to Manila because he wanted it to be perfect for his Filipino fans. It was such a raw and honest moment that reminded everyone why they stayed loyal all these years.
The “Charot” Energy and Budots Fun

The middle part of the show was where things got really chaotic and fun. Kangin really tried his best to connect with Pinoy culture, and the crowd lost it when he attempted the “Budots” dance. He was a bit shy at first, but once the beat dropped, he really went for it! The funniest highlight, though, was the “Charot” scene. While trying to learn some Filipino slang, he kept using “Charot” at the end of his sentences, making everyone laugh. At one point, he playfully teased the fans about something serious, only to hit them with a “Charot!” right after, showing off that classic witty personality we all missed.
Getting Close and Personal

Things got even more exciting when it was time for games. He invited a fan for charades, and instead of just being a distant idol, he was joking around like a neighborhood kuya. Some fans ended up winning a selfie, and you could see the genuine joy on Kangin’s face just being back in that environment. He also performed “Mientes” and “Pajama Party”, which had everyone singing along at the top of their lungs. The nostalgia was real, and the energy inside the Skydome was through the roof!
Roses and Love from Kangin

To wrap up the night, Kangin didn’t just wave from the stage and leave. During the encore, he actually stepped down to the floor area to be closer to the fans. He went around handing out roses personally, which caused a bit of a “kilig” meltdown for those in the front rows. He promised that this Manila kick-off for his “Stunning Together” tour was just the beginning and that he wouldn’t stay away for another ten years. It was a beautiful ending to a night that proved that no matter how much time passes, his love for his fans is the real deal — and it is definitely not charot!
The Heart-Fluttering Hi-Bye Session

After the final song, the excitement didn’t stop there because it was time for the Hi-Bye session. This was the moment fans finally got to see him up close — without the stage lights and the distance. As fans lined up to walk past him, Kangin made sure to look every single person in the eye. He was waving, nodding, and giving out those famous dimpled smiles that fans have missed for a decade. Some fans were so overwhelmed they could barely move, while others managed to squeeze in a quick “Mahal kita!” which he responded to with a sweet thank you. It was a fast but super precious moment that made the whole experience feel complete.
The Perfect Souvenir

As if the Hi-Bye session wasn’t enough to melt hearts, fans were treated to one last surprise as they exited the Skydome. Each attendee received a special commemorative photocard to mark the “Stunning Together” Manila kick-off. The cards became an instant treasure for ELFs and Camomiles. Fans were seen gathering outside the venue, happily showing off their new “PC” and taking photos with it — a small but meaningful piece of the night to keep forever until he returns to our shores.
Big thanks to CDM Entertainment for making 2026 KANGIN FANMEETING TOUR <STUNNING TOGETHER> IN MANILA possible! PH ELFs and Camomiles left the venue with a bright sapphire blue happy heart!
